carrying out the maintenance works by entrusting the house keeping (cleaning, sweeping and conservancy works) in all buildings of tnpdcl premises - executive engineer/ south / metro / madurai office complex for a period of one year, carrying out the maintenance works by entrusting the house keeping (cleaning, sweeping and conservancy works) in all buildings of tnpdcl premises in executive engineer/ south / metro / madurai office complex for a period of one year (from date of handing over site), washbasin, gst for bidders outside tamilnadu, clearing light jungle around executive engineer/ south / metro / madurai office complex vacant space including cost of all labours, hire charges for t&p, fire safety arrangements etc., complete and removing of wastages from premises once in 3 months (4 operations) as directed by the site engineer, gst for bidders within tamilnadu, cgst, sweeping of open areas around office buildings collection and removal of garbage and wastes from campus to out side office complex daily, all general outdoor cleaning with sprinkling of water, including removal of weeds and unwanted materials as directed by the engineer at site including the cost of all labour , labour uniforms, lead , lift, t&p, cost of all consumable materials such as cleaning coconut broom sticks, bamboo baskets, swabs, mops, dungry cloth, buckets, cost of all consumables etc, complete, water closets(iwc/ewc, sgst, igst, sweeping and mopping of the office floors (flooring with cement mortar ) steps , staircases, handrails with scented cleaning agents, including clearing of files records in racks, furnitures for twice in a week , cleaning of partician walls ,ceilings ( brick, wooden & aluminium ,glazed) ,staircase hand rails, doors, windows, blinds , name boards, electrical fittings viz. tube lights, fans, electrical fictures, switch boxes etc, removal of cobweb once in a month collecting, and disposing all the waste to outside of the office complex , with all general cleaning inside the office floors etc.. complete as directed by the engineer at site including the cost of all labour , labour uniforms, lead , lift, t&p, cost of all consumable materials such as cleaning powder , broom sticks, cobweb sticks, bamboo baskets, swabs, mops, dungry cloth, buckets, cost of all consumables etc, complete, sweeping and mopping of the office floors (flooring with ceramic / marble / granite / tiles) steps , staircases, handrails with scented cleaning agents, including clearing of files records in racks, furnitures for twice in a week , cleaning of partician walls ,ceilings ( brick, wooden & aluminium ,glazed), staircase hand rails, doors, windows, blinds, name boards, electrical fittings viz. tube lights, fans, electrical fictures, switch boxes etc, removal of cobweb once in a month collecting, and disposing all the waste to outside of the office complex , with all general cleaning inside the office floors etc.. complete as directed by the engineer at site including the cost of all labour , labour uniforms, lead , lift, t&p, cost of all consumable materials such as cleaning powder , broom sticks, cobweb sticks, bamboo baskets, swabs, mops, dungry cloth, buckets, cost of all consumables etc, complete, urinal, maintenance charges for claning the wash basins,water closets,urinal and floors and wall tiles by sparyin of disinfectant and camohor balls and urinal scebted scrren in the urinal and wash basins, sweeping an cleaning the floor surface and side wall surface,gratings neatly cleaning the santitary duct,removing dirt/refuge and cobwebs and sweeping away the stagnated water t periodic intravels,incluting carrying out of other miscellaneous works during lean hours as directed by the enginner incharge including materials for cleaning excest phenyl.the toilet shoult always be clean, neat and tidy without any odur or foul smell. (3times in a day), toilet floors (including cleaning of wall tiles & doors / ventilators, removal of cobweb), carrying out the maintenance works by entrusting the house keeping at Madurai,Tamil Nadu,India
